sugar hill park question by mr.t’smom: How can I lose 30 pounds in three months?
I plan on working out twice a day…..once in my home..I have an elliptical, and I plan on jogging in place, doing jumping jacks, dancing, crunches, arms, and legs for about an hour everyday. Then, at night I plan on jogging for at least 15-30 minutes with my husband, or going to the YMCA! Once or twice a week I plan on going to this park where there are hills, so it’s like hiking, and once or twice a week I plan on taking a spinning class instead of doing the dancing in my house. I plan on only drinking water, and V8! A diet pop maybe once a week…maybe! I plan on eating very well..soups and salads, chicken, fish, and snacking on veggies, sugar free jello, etc. Maybe once a week I can allow myself to have my favorite dinner which is speghetti! Anyway, what do you think so far? Im 21 years old, 5’3. 175 pounds. My husband and I want to have a baby ASAP, but I am having trouble getting pregnant with PCOS, and I need to lose weight. I need to lose at least 30, but would love to lose 40! I plan to keep up the healthy habbits throughout my pregnancy too.
